Prashant Jhawar
Chairman & CEO

Mr. Prashant Jhawar is the Chairman & CEO of EppixComm. Mr.Jhawar has been instrumental in the formation, planning and growth of the company. He is involved in setting corporate business strategy, guiding expansion to leverage market opportunities, developing partner collaboration initiatives and maintaining investment banking relationships. He additionally oversees the European operations of EppixComm.

Mr Jhawar is also Vice Chairman of the Usha Martin Group (www.ushamartin.com), a $550 million entity with diversified interests in steel, wire ropes, telecom and IT products and services. Since joining the family business in 1982, he has been actively  involved with all its divisions. From 1994 onwards, he has provided leadership to both the old and new economy parts of the business.

Dr. Saugata Banerjee
Executive Director Operations

Dr. Saugata Banerjee is the Executive Director of EppixComm. He is responsible for strategic & operational planning, and execution of all EppixComm's activities globally.

Prior to joining EppixComm, Saugata worked as a Strategy Consultant & Trainer for a range of large- and medium-sized organizations (including The World Bank, Duke Energy, AT&T, Sprint Telecom, The Aditya Birla Group, BHEL, Reuters, Hindustan Lever, etc.). In the past, Saugata worked for Monitor Company (Management Consultants) at their global headquarters in Cambridge, USA, advising Fortune 500 clients.

Dr. Banerjee has a PhD in Management from INSEAD, France, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, USA. He has also been a Research Fellow at Harvard University, USA. He is a Guest Faculty at IIM (Calcutta).

Debyani Sinha
Head of Human Resuorces

Ms. Debyani Sinha is Head of Human Resource at EppixComm. She is responsible for the overall HR activities of EppixComm, which includes a major chunk of Developmental Activities. Ms. Sinha has been handling Human Resource operational & developmental activities from last 9 years and prior to joining EppixComm she worked at Tata Consultancy Services in the capacity of Sr. Manager HR. In addition, she is a certified professional of Performance & Competency Developer. Ms. Sinha received a Masters in Business Administration, specialized in Human Resources from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.

 

Ranjan Mukherjee
Head-Verticals(BFSI)

As Senior Director, Product Development, Mr. Ranjan Mukherjee draws on his 18 years of experience in software development and technology leadership to foster the research and development activities of EppixComm's products and solutions. A 10-year Telecom Billing and OSS veteran, he has engineered and directed several products in the Telecom and Financial domain. He has the experience of successfully building, leading and managing large teams as well as customer and partner relationships to meet the organizational objectives. Mr. Mukherjee has also been involved in implementing billing solutions at multiple customer locations as part of his career.

His current responsibilities also includes staffing, organization, training, project management and process quality improvement efforts in the area of product development.
Mr. Mukherjee has an M.Sc Tech from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad and a PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
 

Arijit Bhattacharyya
Global Head,Information Systems

Mr. Arijit Bhattacharyya heads the combined Information Services team of EppixComm and Eppixcomm. He and his team is responsible maintaining and managing the entire IT resources of Usha and Eppix distributed across offices in India, South Africa and UK. His team is also responsible for ensuring IT facility management and providing project support for the organization.

One of the key initiatives that Arijit carries in personal capacity is to explore new and contemporary technology on an on-going basis and make the same available for the organization that help improving performance whilst maintaining lower costs.

Arijit has a rich experience base of 10 years in IT and Telecom Industries as Network and System Management/Administration. Prior to joining EppixComm, he has served organizations like L&T Information Technologies Ltd, Modi Telstra, Spice Telecom and Bharti Airtel Enterprise Services Ltd.

Tamal Kumar Bardhan
Head Of Marketing

Mr. Tamal Bardhan leads the marketing initiatives of EppixComm. Mr. Bardhan is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies for services and solutions of in Telecom and allied fields. He helps in defining and planning the offerings of EppixComm and executes the positioning of them in the target markets.

He is also responsible for developing of partnership and alliances for the organization. Tamal has around 10 Years of Telecom experience, wherein he has been involved in various aspects of the business like solution definition, sales support, market research, client and investor interactions etc.

Tamal is featured speaker in trade shows and seminars and also has co-authored papers on High Tech Marketing published in Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Tamal holds Masters degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
