EppixComm was formed in 1994 to provide Operations Support Service (OSS) software to communications service providers worldwide. Later in 2005, a consortium of business associates of the Usha Martin Group acquired the business of EPPIX billing and customer care group from LogicaCMG. Eppix now trades as EppixComm. The core activity of EppixComm is to develop, market, and license innovative software solutions for billing and management of subscribers and partners.

EppixComm is a privately held corporation whose operations and customers span the globe. We have our centers of excellence in Johannesburg, South Africa and Birmingham, UK and our Asia-Pacific office is located at Kolkata (Calcutta), India. We have additional offices in London, UK and New Jersey, USA. EppixComm is positioned to serve and support customers anywhere in the world.

With over 200 dedicated staff, research and development is centralized in India, where operational and support staffs are also located. EppixComm bills 40% of the African market and supports customers throughout Africa, and in the Middle East.
